"A LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator) Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work! Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people. Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over road…. We then discovered they have NO coffee...

"Great location with amazing views of the sea and coastline and very close to the old town, botanic gardens and Villa Guilia. Our room was on 3rd floor with balcony. Large room with a huge bed, moden decor and a powerful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were attentive. Highly recommended."

"What a lovely space. We arrived around 11 at night by taxi and were having difficulty getting in. I phoned the owner and he answered the phone and assisted us immediately. We had the best sleep of our travels thus far. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect bathroom and coffee facilities. Close to the central part of town. Highly walkable."
