"Hotel was really nice and room was great. The food in the restaurant however was average. We had to send our meal back ( we never ever do this) they exchanged it for something else and that was just as bad so we just left it. Other than that staff were great and was lovely atmosphere"

"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent beach access, as well as a complimentary spa with saunas, showers and indoor/outdoor pool. It is easy to order delicious, well priced food from the pool deck. Every employee that we encountered did their best to make our stay perfect. "Excellent hotel, great design, helpful staff."

"Casa Palmela was the perfect alternative to staying in Lisbon on our first night after flying in from Canada, before heading onward to the Algarve. It was lovely to wake up in such a beautiful setting and the bottle of wine was much appreciated after a long travel day! We were traveling with an infant and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating."

"Lovely quaint hotel. It really had such a home from home feel about the place, so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. We were given recommendations for restaurants just a short drive away. We decided one day just to laze around the pool and we was able to use the kitchen to make our own lunch. Absolutely loved this hotel, definitely want to go back . Thank you so much."
