"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. We called the hotel to get a shuttle pickup in the afternoon after landing and the shuttle never showed up so we ended up boarding the airport shuttle bus which had a drop off not too far from the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was good and the wait staff were attentive. Our room was fine for an overnight stay and we slept well. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 am which is nice for early flights. We took the shuttle to MXP with no...

"I arrived just before midnight and was upgraded to a room with big bed. As usual the breakfast was excellent and my first day in Milano began with a smile!"

"The hotel was fine but in an industrial area,with nothing around. The hotel had no food or drink available till 7 PM so we took the shuttle back to the airport. There is a designated spot to pick up the shuttle. Trying to get back to the hotel at 8 PM, was a huge issue. We met another couple that were also trying to get a shuttle back to the hotel and we all waited over 40 minutes. We kept calling the hotel and kept being told “ it was on the way” ( hotel is 7 minutes away) but it never showed....
