"This was our first hotel in Japan and loved it!! The hotel staff spoke excellent English! Pierson at the front desk was wonderful to checking us in and suggested many places for us to visit. "Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. "

"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. We will miss this property!"
