"Emplacement en plein centre. Très beau logement moderne avec une cuisine commune avec les autres logements. Un peu déçue de ne pas avoir eu la chambre avec baignoire spa. Logement réservé à la fin de notre circuit dans les Pouilles car à 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Hôte très sympathique. "

"A nice hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. "

"Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!"

"It's an ok hotel. A bit run down. It's cheap and clean with a good breakfast so that's a positive. But if you do not have a car you have to rely of the rare city bus to take you to a restaurant - closest of which is about 4km away. There is a restaurant on premises but it's very limited. "

"The facilities were beautiful. Great quality furnishings and generous and delicious breakfast. I felt like I was almost part of the family. Truly a homey atmosphere. I didn’t have a car so they were willing to take me to Bari three times during my week long stay. They helped me get the bus for a visit to Santo Spirito too. I had a very quiet room. Fantastic shower/bathroom and my own private deck with comfy furniture. I will miss the family and all the homemade focaccia and pastries. My stay...

"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "

"Chaves horríveis, antigas e difícil de abrir, de três portas apenas a da entrada funciona corretamente. Corredor e quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro o tempo todo. Não tem copo, talheres, abridor! Box do banheiro muito pequeno, eu peso 65k e tive dificuldade para entrar e sair. Travesseiro péssimo. Chegamos a pensar em mudar de hotel. Complicado…"

"Mooi, schoon en stil appartement met airco in het oude centrum van Ruvo di Puglia. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. Voor mensen, die slecht ter been zijn, is dit appartement niet aan te bevelen; je moet minimaal één trap op en vooral de eerste traptreden zijn zeer hoog. Keuken is zeer goed uitgerust en bij elke slaapkamer is een badkamer aanwezig. In de buurt zijn veel betaalbare eetgelegenheden. "
