"Freindly staff, Hannah was awesome - checked us in early and was so kind the entire stay. The food was delicious and the chef came by many times to make sure all was good.
Evening bar staff were just as friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around town.
Only drawback was lack of any WiFi in room. It just did not work and made it tough to contact & make plans with friends."

"This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope.
