"I needed help with my luggage’s and I didn’t see anything or anyone offering help. Also there a sign outside that says no loading or unloading by the entrance. How am I suppose to unload my car and my kids across the parking lot? Also, there was only 2 towels inside my hotel and we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. I have to share my towels with my kids because they didn’t even offer to take extra towels to the room they said I needed to go pick them up myself."

"Loved this hotel! We stayed 3 nights over Thanksgiving week and it was perfect. Frank at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Probably the best front desk staff we have come across in the disneyland area. Room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was amazing. Our king bed was incredibly comfortable (pull out sofa not so much) And best of all, we didnt hear a thing from any other room during our entire stay. Breakfast was pretty decent and free which is always great. The elevators were kind of slow but not a huge deal. Just something to be aware of. We will be back! "
