Great hotel for our family Disney vacation. Everything was very clean and the staff was kind and attentive. Our kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub but not enough to spend a whole day there. The breakfast buffet varies. We stayed 4 nights & it got better every night. Great to enter the park with food in our bellies but nothing to write home about. I wish the coffee was stronger but we were also grateful to have coffee, tea & hot chocolate always available. We requested room service daily & were grateful to return to our beds made, take out boxes removed & towels refreshed.
Great water pressure & new clean bathrooms with nice body products supplied. Our family really appreciated the refrigerator & microwave.
The shuttle is a 5+ minute walk away to the Toy Story lot. We recommend taking the shuttle home at night over Uber for efficiency. 7-11 & several restaurants are close by. We would stay here again for a budget family Disney trip, but not if we wanted to enjoy a more luxurious vacation by the pool. I appreciated how safe the hotel and area felt. You need a key card to get in anywhere. All in all l, it felt like a great value for a family vacation without frills. Checks all the boxes.
Not at all the fault of the hotel but nice to know as a traveler, the ride from the airport was $17 and the ride back was $70. Same distance! Supply and demand. Shop around & pre book if you can for the return trip.
