"We arrived on Sunday and the front door was closed with no staff on site. We had not realized that we had to use the code emailed to us to get in. Apparently they do not have any staff on site on Saturday or Sunday at reception other than for breakfast service. It’s a lovely old building and more like an appartment hotel. Parking was great on site and breakfasts very good."

"As a regular visiter to this hotel I can not recommend enough. Emma on reception was as usual helpful & very professional and a credit to the hotel. Well done keep up the good work I will be back!! 😎"

"The hotel is a lovely clean, modern, budget hotel and is great value for money. Do not be fooled by the advert of an airport shuttle, it does not exist and the staff will argue blind that booking you a taxi at the cost of 60-80 euro constitutes an airport shuttle. The staff and service in the hotel is good and friendly. Facilities are modern basic and clean. The breakfast is ok but not really worth the price, head out and grab something local. The location is good and the hotel is all round good...

"The room safe didn’t work and the front staff advised it was impossible to fix it. The toilet seat was very loose. On the positive side, it was very close to the train station and reasonably clean"

"This hotel has just undergone renovation, so everything is nice and clean. The breakfast is quite comprehensive and the staff even went out of their way to provide me with hot gluten-free bread. It’s quite a small hotel with just the basics but the location is ideal for shopping/eating/drinking and visiting this cute historic city. Great value for a short city break. "
