"Had a reservation showed up at hotel and told no rooms were available, they called around to other hotels but closest was 45 minutes away and I had to get there on my own. I ended up sleeping on their lobby couch with loud music playing that they said they could turn down or off. Actually didn’t sleep but left after 2.5 hours"

"I did like the stay just my room was not cleaned there was no disturbed sign day 2 and 3 even though my stay was for shopping and there was 2 big garbage bags with boxes overall the breakfast was excellent Carol who was serving the breakfast was extremely excellent thank you for being attentive and also the front desk team as well. Will be staying their again."

"This hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing and so friendly! There was not one employee that we passed that did not greet us or ask how we were. That made us feel very welcome! The breakfast was great, so much to choose from. We also loved that they had a fountain coke machine. Our only complaint is that the rooms are not very sound proof. You could hear the rooms next to yours toliets flush, shower running, and talking. Despite that issue, we would stay again because of the hotels other...

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"While the room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were not. We were happy there was a bar/restaurant but the food and service were mediocre. To be fair, the serving staff was not adequate in number but the servers working were hustling and as attentive as possible. Kudos to the young woman at the front desk…extremely nice and helpful. Small but functional gym is available."
