"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"Not very clean lots of hair from previous room users, mysterious fluids on the fabric walls. The duvets they have are just between two sheets so I'm guessing there's no get changed between people and are in contact with their bodies. Good location. Bantu box breakfast was better than some continental free ones. Central location of course. I got a good deal on a Sunday night so was acceptable but if I pay a lot of money for this room I would not have been happy. "

"Very nice hotel, in a very nice setting. Note that there is no dining option, but a very nice pub 10 minutes walking away makes up for it. Breakfast was awesome. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room clean, comfortable, quiet. We'll come back!"

"The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub...

"Pool is not in order, too cold to use anyways. The room was great, beds and pillows soft and fluffy, floor were clean. Bathroom was good, some rust or something on top of heaters. During booking, it showed hreakfast was included, not this time ! Sad, it was only muffins and various fruits, but it did the trick!!"

"This is a renovated hotel, of course there are some outdated items, but rooms are spacious and definitely clean. The water flow in the shower is very weak. Plenty of free parking. Check in and out process had some hiccups, maybe the staff are new! Overall, the hotel is good and I would consider staying there again assuming prices are reasonable."

"The temerature in the room was easily adjusted. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The gym had high end equipment. Minimal interaction with staff."

"The parking was easy, it was close to our room. The room had a full kitchen but there wasn’t everything you need to cook, you would need to bring your own. There were a few items. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in was a close call. We still haven’t determined what went wrong or who’s to blame?? When we arrived they had no record of are booking. I booked a month ahead. We called Expedia and could not hear her, it was breaking up. She said she would try to call the hotel...
