"Easy to navigate, wonderful location, safe, clean, fast and responsive host, stylish and comfy. What’s not to like? Private parking that was so convenient and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Memphis. Close to everything! Staff very responsive, apt was spotless, laundry in apt with full size appliances. Helpful additions in the apt and a really comfortable king sized bed. And a bonus surprise/ walk in closet! They really did think of every thing....

Nothing to write home about in any way. The valet team was a standout, but in a horrific way. Aside from being remarkably inefficient and lackadaisical, they were extremely rude.
