"My room didn't have wifi. After letting staff know they said they would send a tech out to dlfix never got fixed. Had to pay a grab to take me to a cafe to be able to work. Asked for a cart 3x and they never came had to walk down to lobby with my baby in my arms."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Property had many amenities, pools, bowling, bars, restaurants, live music beautiful grounds and couldn't be faulted. However our first room smelt musty and the ac was loud and was wet like evaporative cooling. Could not sleep in a wet room. Staff changed our room which was much better. Rooms were also not sound proof at all so bring ear plugs if light sleeper. Breakfast was lovely. Close to beaches and night-life."
