"The room smelled like the breath of the last 28 guests and their ancestors all the way to Mozart accumulated over time. It clearly had NOT been ventilated for months and that caused the air to smell stuffy and stale. Extremely unpleasant. And on top of that the AC did NOT work (despite the fact that the Expedia ad clearly says it includes AC). When we confronted the front desk about it they dismissed our complaint and told us to “open the window” (excuse me??? It was cold and rainy outside!!)....

We had the most beautiful room that we heard had just been refurbished, at the front of the hotel that even included a cozy nook to look out over the river and into old town. Breakfast was provided as part of the fee and was in their gorgeous and quaint dining room every morning from 7-10. "Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away.
