The reception staff was very very helpful. The room was well insulated, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was well placed. On the negative side, the room was too hot and we did not manage to regulate the heating.

Good location close to the high street. Loads of shopping and sightseeing. Close to the river and the castle. Room was tidy, carpets a bit outdated, could be lighter in the corridors.
