"It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

"Room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Having a washer/dryer in the room is a deal breaker. Staff helpful and easy to talk to despite communication barrier. Although train stations are walking distance, they are still a significant walk especially if you are travelling with older adults or children. Convenience stores are also not very close. If you prefer a quieter side of Tokyo, this accommodation is for you."

"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. "The residence was amazing. I can’t speak enough about the location, the space and the amenities within and in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this residence to couples. We are Canadian travellers and the residence was exactly what we needed and were looking for. We were able to pack lightly with carry-on and able to do laundry for our five day stay before moving on to our next destination. The bed was comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The air conditioning was...
