"The apartment is situated at Waiheke island resort, but privately owned. The pros are that the apartment is very well equipped, lots of kitchen utensils, parasol, barbecue etc and is very cozy and nicely decorated. The cons are that it’s not serviced until you leave and that you have to pay 10 dollars to get access to the pool. We are nevertheless very satisfied with our stay. Palm beach is in our opinion the nicest beach on the island, it’s quiet but still only 7-8 minutes by car to Oneroa...

"Apartment view is gorgeous and is close to a few sites. We purchased the hop on/off bus to get around to visit the city. This apartment was between first & second stop which was great for getting the tickets. The apartment was more than adequate for just the 2 of us. It does need some touch up on walls and paint but had everything available for kitchen supplies. Plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and convenience stores near by.
