"Clean and central stay."

"Great location"

"Room and building were clean, and reception staff were friendly. However, several issues let the stay down. Parking is very limited and cost an extra $15/day — not disclosed at booking. Despite paying, I once had to use a disability park as no other spaces were free. The room is advertised for 2–3 people. I booked for three adults and paid a premium for the third occupant, but this didn't include a bed. I only found out when I asked, and was told a roll-out bed was available for a further...

"We love our stay here. Not only coffee and tea, they do have chocolate provided. They do have dish soap available in the kitchen which is nice. The room is cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again when we're in Hamilton."

"Beautiful room with great view of the lake, church and southern alps at Lake Tepako. Very modern, well furnished, and warm for our winter stay. Very close to cafes and restaurants. We stayed two nights for our visit and Heli hike to Mt Cook. Would definitely stay again."
