"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area.
Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"Staff were great. Amenities were shown to us personally. The room was lovely. Dinner was fantastic and the breakfast before leaving topped off our stay perfectly. The grounds are amazing with great views of lake Rotorua. Very intimate hotel."

"Bed was comfortable and lovely FOH staff. The bathroom was dity, toothpaste splatter on the mirror and the tap crusty. The bar was never staffed - at one point I had 3 staff look at me and walk past me without any acknowledgement, ended up going to a restaurant. Regret the pool view, had screaming children in there until 10pm.
Overall an ok stay."

"This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. I hadn’t been to Rotorua before so had no idea of where things were. Quest was near everywhere I wanted to go! The room was tidy and spacious. Staff were lovely."

"Everything was exceptional, brilliant staff and really loved the location being walking distance to everything we needed. The only things that let the stay down for me was the pool being too cool for me personally (probably more than fine for children) and the pillows being quite high/thick, so I would recommend bringing your own pillow if possible if you have a temperamental neck."
