"Breakfast need to improve no pancake everything else very good "

"I was put into 103 was attacked by bedbugs. It took them a day and a half to move me to another room. It was a hard time to get reimbursed for the first two nights then they put me into another room that had bedbugs again I was attacked and bitten up all over. I have videos for proof and they refused to give me my refund, on top of that they were very rude. They lied about who the manager was and I never once had my sheets changed or fresh towels, and soap delivered and I stayed there for seven nights. I kept trying to get reimbursed and get my money back to check out earlier, but they kept telling me I had to speak with a manager, but the manager will never speak with me. I want to file charges and press charges and file a civil suit. "

"Absolutely nothing in the room except towels, washcloths and soap. The entrance is not ADA compliant; had to get ahead of my husband to open the door for him. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews: honestly, I don’t know how! We had to ask for a parking pass that a sign said was required to be in the car. There were some pests, but at that point we were on our last night. The beds were very low and uncomfortable. There were stains on the walls in various areas of the room (from not being cleaned well, not age related). Would not choose to stay again."

"The Glen Club is always my go to hotel when staying near Chicago. I love its more private location because it feels like a quiet retreat away from the city. Every time we have stayed there it has been peaceful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. With only 21 rooms, the boutique atmosphere makes it feel even more exclusive and relaxing. The hotel is consistently spotless, beautifully updated, and very well maintained, and the onsite restaurant is excellent. The only things I would love to see improved are the temperature control, since you have to call the front desk to adjust it, and the elevator, which could use a refresh to better match the rest of the property. That said, these are minor compared to the overall experience. The staff has always been extraordinarily kind and helpful, and it remains the only place we choose to stay when visiting Chicago."

"A few complaints I have are the elevator was down for a bit. We were placed on the 3rd floor and the stairs were a little rough either way my wife having an injured ankle. We had a hard time turning the tv on as silly as it sounds. Called front desk twice and it seemed like they were in a rush to get off the phone and hung up quickly twice. We didn’t realize you had to actually turn the TV on at the TV itself and not with the remote/xfinity. Took us a while but we figured it out. Maybe a note for next customers would help? Breakfast overall was good. However, the waffle mix was out and the lady running it didn’t seem to be too attentive to want to check or fill it. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and could tell. Overall, the room was very clean and the stay was good. If the staff would just fix up on the things I listed above there is no reason this place wouldn’t get 5 Star ratings everytime."
