"Door jamb was damaged (door kicked in, long crack in wood) and deadbolt could not latch. Stagnant water in non-working freezer, had a smell. Shower barrier cracking near faucet pull. Missing bulbs in bathroom light...hazard if gets too steamy. Room (#25) should have been rotated out of service. Staff seemed eager to shove me out the door."

"Even the smallest hotels give two complimentary water bottles. Here, we didn’t get any, and they didn’t even have tap water available downstairs."

"Good location and a fairly well kept property. Breakfast time can be either extended or adjusted over the weekend."

"The place isn’t clean at all, stains and tears all over the hotel room. We were woken up at 645 am to the fire alarms going off in the entire building. Apparently the staff burnt some breakfast and had the whole hotel up early."

"Essential toiletries were minimal; bar soap and towels were appreciated, though a toothbrush and toothpaste would help bare minimum travellers. Some of the wood furnishings around the room entrance was splintered."

"Great stay. Cleaner than I expected and the price was somewhat fair compared to surrounding hotels and apartments. The room had a stove, fridge, TV but it wasn't a smart tv with all the apps and no HDMI but that wasn't an issue for me. The staff was very helpful and it was pretty easy checking in. I checked in very late around 11:30pm and the front desk lady was very helpful in getting me situated. Thanks"

"A very well priced motel in a very expensive area. Good access to downtown Chicago via the El as the motel is only 10 minute from the station. It's not a fancy motel but it was, for the price, very nice."

"Avoid. Marginally clean. Tub was gross. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. Lamps that were supposed to have 2 light bulbs had only 1. No Kleenex supplied in room. Remote control on TV did not work. Had to go to the desk 4 times before someone came to the room and figured it out. Outside stairs are treacherous. The railings are at least 6" too low. You have to be in a bent over position to hold the railing."

"There was no air conditioning that I could manage, just a fan that was dirty. There was no fire alarm. The hot water came out as a trickle.the staff was polite and nice but I found it odd that I received the remote for the TV along with the key.the neighborhood seemed decent, however I was propositioned by what must have been a drug dealer to see if I wanted any coke, heroine, or weed. He also had a difficult time trying to get out of a parallel spot in front of my car and I feared he would hit...

"Clean room. That’s about where the positive feedback ends. We received the wrong type of room that we had reserved and prepaid for. I overheard a staff member telling another customer that they were sold out, and because we were pressed for time we decided to keep the incorrect room that we were given. Toilet area in the bathroom was incredibly small- so small that my husband and I would have to either keep the door open while using the bathroom or step into the shower in order to close the...

"It was super dirty and dusty, The pillows and duvets looked as if they hadn't been washed in 50 years. And when I woke up in the morning, my throat was completely clogged. To be honest, it was a literally terrible room."

"The first room was dirty, linen had stains and mattresses were disgusting with stains on it. The second room was equally disgusting the bathroom smelled over urine. And the mattresses had remnant of bedbugs around the head if the mattress and the second bed had"

"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."

"For the price this place costs, the lack of amenities and an overall low quality was more than expected, but I would like to think that a room without cockroaches and mold should be the *bare minimum* of what to expect. I've stayed at some bad cheap hotels before, but this is the first time I strongly feel the health department should shut this place down. Beyond gross."
