Kondominium di Kawasan Davao

"I did not like being charged for a cleaning fee when I was checking in. It should have been included in the rental rate. If I would have known that there was a cleaning fee, I would not have booked this room."

"Worst because I have no name in the system and was not able to check in as they told me “no reservation “ and just look for another hotel. "

"Die Wände hatten Risse was etwas Besorgniserregend ist. Aber ich bin ja kein Statiker. Vielleicht ist es ja ok. Vielleicht haben die es bis jetzt auch schon wieder repariert. Für Menschen die Höhenangst haben ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Auch nicht für Kinder. Denn es ist alles offen. Aussen und innenbalkon. Das Zimmer ist aber ansonsten gut. Sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert."

"This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP"

"No internet. Washing machine is not functional. No tissue/soap/toothbrush provided. Owner never responded to our questions or requests."

"the room is clean, nice view from the balcony"

"Unit well located, beautifully furnished, bathroom excellent, lots of transport close by, mall across road has lots of variety for food. Apartment complex quiet and clean"

"I do not recommend staying in this condotel at all. The property owner is out of reach which made the check in very stressful, The room that I reserved was not the actual room they provided. The photos they posted in the booking site is totally misleading. What you see, is not what you get."

"I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. "

"Our stay is incredible great because of the kind of service and amenities the Avida has to offer. It’s pretty much cost effective, perfectly accessible to ATM’s, major banks, Roxas’ Night Market and to their awesome city hall with amazing local people around. We will definitely come back to this place."

"Enjoyed our stay "
