The staff truly stood out for their hospitality-everyone was friendly, and attentive, and eager to help. Their warm service made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the excellent amenities, including the gym and pool, which were both clean and well equipped. The dining options were great, with fresh and tasty selections that made meals convenient and enjoyable during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was very helpful. "I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and love it. However the two times I have taken my kids here, it was dissappoiting. The only reason why they come is the blue slide and they have never been able to use it because both times they came, the slide was either closed or not opened on time. Sad!"
