"FILTHY DISGUSTING The room was filthy on arrival: the bathroom had marks on the walls resembling dried bodily fluids and feces, silverfish in the shower, a grime-caked showerhead, and a dirty floor. The bed linens were stained and visibly dirty. The television flickered constantly, the remote didn’t work even with new batteries, HDMI and USB ports were broken, and the lamps flickered or turned off. Housekeeping did not refresh the room during our multi-day stay, and when we requested towels and cups, staff were rude and refused service. The pool was unusable due to dangerously high chlorine levels, which burned our eyes and left our vision cloudy. The only positive interaction was with one older staff member at check-in; every other employee was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, particularly a blonde front desk worker who snapped at both guests and coworkers. Parking was poorly managed, and staff were unhelpful when we had to use a non-designated spot. Overall, the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service was shocking and far below any reasonable standard. This hotel failed in every basic aspect, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Immediate action is needed to prevent future guests from experiencing this unacceptable level of neglect."

"We made arrangements in large part because of the pool. We wished someone had reached out to us beforehand to say that it wasn't available. Our kids were very disappointed!!"

"The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and had a great view. The grounds are nice, with an outdoor pool that would be nice in the summer. Great location. The indoor pool wasn’t great. It’s an old pool, in a lower level with no windows, very poor air circulation and the filters/jets were not on. Poor air circulation in the rooms as well, but the balcony door opened which was nice. Over all a good value hotel, but I would stay away from the indoor pool. "

"Great room (queen beds and suite,) breakfast was delicious and loved the 24/7 tea and coffee. Only note is the that my kids kept cutting themselves in the pool on the floor and walls of it. Would recommend water shoes. "

"The first room we got had an absolutely disgusting odor. Honestly and I'm not trying to rant too much, but bad mold / a men's hockey team left all their stinky equipment to store in that room for a week. Switching rooms wasn't too tough, but they put us right beside and I could still smell it. Hair in the new bathtub, ugh whatever. Felt like no security. After midnight coming back from movies, door didn't need key card to get in and you could just walk up the stairs to the rooms. (Seems sketchy) We won't be coming back here. "
