"I am not sure but it seems that the hotel may be under new management.My mom had stayed at this property at list 6 times in the last 3 years but most recent visit was very different than the previous stays : room wasn’t very clean ,the reception wasn’t providing clear communication on the transfer’s cost and form of payment for it . The only thing that still seems to be good about the place is the food . To my best knowledge the kitchen staff hasn’t changed . Alas -won’t stay there again."

"We had an excellent 'exclusive' room, including sauna, hot tub and large round bed, which was very comfortable. Only there one night and did not eat at the hotel. Walked up into the town and had excellent kebab barbequed over wood fire at Oz Erzurum. Con: Airport shuttle at 55Euro round trip way too expensive. Better to take a metered cab which you can get on Uber."

"A lovely little boutique hotel with very helpful staff. They have good recommendations for the local area. The breakfast was delicious too. The room was upgraded, such a kind surprise and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The airport transport was so easy, just what my poor jet lagged brain needed. Overall I would both recommend to others and stay there again."
