"Excellent service from the staff from the moment you arrived until the end of my stay. They were very helpful and accommodating with my questions about my luggage storage situation. The floor housekeeping staff were also very nice and helpful. Overall my experience for my first booking (I have 4 separate bookings within a period of 3 weeks) was very good and I won’t hesitate rebooking in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling in Manila."

"The room was in the smaller side but will fit 4 people comfortably. They didn’t have an enclosed business center. They had an area you can use however the ceiling was open so you can hear music and people’s chatter."

"Very quick check-in . All staff: doormen, porters, room service crew , restaurant and front desk staff, are nice and awesome, they do great job making customer feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Room was very clean , love the non-carpeted floor. Sunday lunch buffet , though not much main dishes to choose from, tastes really good. Love the location, so close to malls, big grocery stores and small convenience stores. They have shuttles to those malls , I have not been able to use them...
