"Swimming pool was inoperable. No Continental breakfast anymore. Elevator was dirty. 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and marijuana everyday. Walls were dirty. There was a rude female employee that saw me standing in the lobby area and demanded to know my room number without any greeting. I gave her my info and she just looked at me like I was lying to her. "More like a man camp than a hotel. Didn’t have the room I originally booked. Room they gave me was gross. Everything sticky. Asked for a refund, front desk claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t think she even knew how to process a refund in the first place. I left the property."
