"Zero sleep. Checked in at 3pm, was given a room next to the Lifts. Same thing happened the week before at their sister Novotel in same complex. I'm assuming these are the rooms for Expedia guests. Amazing that the soundproofing is excellent on the outside so that you hear no planes and yet, inside, the Lifts are so loud it sounds like planes ... all night, constant. Sleepless night was had. "The staff, while doing our check-in at 11pm at night, were wonderful. Do friendly and helpful. The male staff member we spoke to the next morning to make we had checked out correctly, refused to look me in the eye. Would only look at my husband even when I smiled and tried to speak to him.
