"The staff is always excellent. After multiple stays for work I've noticed that corporate could do better at making all the mattresses equal and fixing the treadmills in the gym."
"No coffee available in the front lobby; the one in the room was pretty bad.
Rooms are getting old and grungy. Difficult for people with walking challenges to get to the room. Elevator is too far away, and have to go down 4 steps in order to access it. Makes the place almost inaccessible, which is against the law, isn't it?"
"We had the best experience staying at Tammi and Mika‘s place. They are the most warm and welcoming hosts! All amenities are there as described plus more. Great location 15 minutes by car from the airport in a green lush area with amazing views! I highly recommend the place. You’re not going to be disappointed! We just left and we miss Mika and Tammi already!"
"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."
"It was just... okay. Friendly staff, room was average, kinda dated, location was great, easy to find. For what you pay I'd expect a nicer experience but I guess everything in Hawaii is outrageously expensive. Wifi also didn't work which they kindly refunded the hotel fee for, but still, I wasn't impressed. "
"Best spot for us in Kihei! Walk to beaches, great food nearby, shuttle driver to take us to shopping, further beaches & restaurants. Beach chair rental at hotel. Super friendly staff. I love the pool and pool bar with food. Live music that sets the mood at night. I can't wait to return. Our trip was perfect. "
"You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag."
