"It was a nice and easy check in and check out process. Staff were friendly and courteous. Everything is super close and would stay again. Parking is awful as expected but there was a garage done the block for $50 a night."

"We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!"

"The hote is really nice with big comfortable rooms that are decorated in a way that reminds NY apartments, which is great. Its pretty quiet also which is a great point in my eyes, located right next to the 6 station which can take you a lot of places, I highly appreciated and recommend this hotel"

"Stay was great, location is ideal and away from the chaos but still in the center of everything. Only thing we were not happy with was the use of the amenities as hotel guests. We had free access to the pool in the morning only, then had to pay after 12pm with a reservation for loungers. This was very disappointing as we already paid quite an amount for the stay itself. The privacy feature in our room was not functional, we advised housekeeping upon checking in but it was never fixed."
