"The breakfast was above average for a hotel in this class with nice cheese omelets and sausage links each morning, in addition to other things that I didn't eat. The pool area needs some love. They do have a pool but the lighting there is very dim and dark and it feels "scary" for kids to swim there. It's like the backrooms. The room's beds were comfortable and clean. The room wasn't cleaned after the first night until I checked on that around 5pm."

"We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The cabin was very clean, and the neighborhood was beautiful; very wooded area. Cabin has all the amenities, even snacks and cold drinks in the fridge as a welcome touch. Plenty of brochures on area attractions are laid out. Very peaceful sitting on the swing in the screened in porch, listening to the brook down the hill. One thing to note, there are about 8 domestic geese in the area that you will hear from sunrise to sunset if you are on the porch. You...

"We had to wait literally 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We called the "800" number to ring the front desk while standing there and still no one. Finally, a young man emerged from somewhere down the hall. While we were checking in "later," it was only 8:30-9:00pm. Weird! "Our recent stay at the Ridges was very enjoyable. It was a weekend getaway for me and my gf and it did not disappoint. Breakfast at their restaurant was delicious and the service excellent. We both found our beds to be super comfy with the bedding of European quality. The shower had good pressure and the ac worked well and was quiet. Both my friend and I agreed we would visit again and definitely recommend the resort."
