"Extremely helpful friendly staff, The hotel is in a great location close to resturants shops bars and ideal for exploring the streets of Valletta, Great breakfast and the rooftop pool has spectacular views of the Grand Harbour"

"The fire escape route from room 501 takes you into a spiral stone staircase which is very narrow, dark in places and blocked near the bottom by bags of rubbish. This was reported to the hotel Guest Relations on the day of arrival but when checked the next few days, nothing had changed. This is a death trap for anybody who uses this fire escape route as per the instructions in the room folder and the fire escape plan in the room and corridor outside the room. "Wonderful stay at this 18-room boutique hotel. The staff was great and everyone was so friendly. We had numerous conversations with the Assistant Manager Mane and the Manager as well as all of the other staff persons. The hotel has a great location and the rooms felt luxurious. We stayed 7 nights which is a leisurely way to visit Valletta and Gozo. They provide a free wine nightly for hotel guests on their lovely rooftop terrace. "

For those who want something more interesting the Bormla/Cospicua neighborhood has a real ‚you are there vibe‘. It is also a short water taxi ride to Valletta and is on the bus lines if you want to explore other parts of the island. "This is a chariming small hotel in an excellent lcoation in Valetta. The street where it is lcoated was under construction which made access a little challenging but we managed just fine. The hotel was perfect for us (two couples), intimate but totally efficient with a cozy lobby and lounge, and excellent breakfast. Most important, the staff is great and Tony was a fabulous host and asset for our stay!"

"The hotel is in a really great central location. Staff were friendly and it was very clean. Breakfast was basic and repetitive. The hotel advertised a roof top bar, this is not the case it’s a terrace with fantastic views but you have to phone reception if you would like a drink so slightly misleading. Hot water was an issue you had to run the basin tap for at least 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower. We had a king size bed but double bed linen which meant the duvet didn’t cover the...
