"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"The owners welcome you like family. They’re very thoughtful and detailed oriented. The property is right smack in the middle of everything, which is very convenient. Although it’s in the midst of bars and restaurants, we don’t hear anything from outside. I had good sleep every night. The room was quiet and cool. The bed very comfortable. I have nothing but compliments for this boutique hotel. Will definitely stay again."

"We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. "From the time we arrived our experience was perfect! The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately forgot his name) was so welcoming and respectful! The lower level spa pool was such a special experience and the rooftop & pool was perfect as well. Located on a very quiet street in Valetta it was close to the main gate of Valetta, the Co-Cathedral and so many special places in Valetta. Although we stayed here for only one night (our first night in Malta it was special and unforgettable!"

"Great staff, great breakfasts. Rooms could be bigger. No shower shelf. Gym is not air conditioned at all times. You have to turn it on but it takes ages to turn on so using the gym was just way too hot. Rooftop pool nice and well staffed Great location. Would recommend and would go back."
