"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

Need to book spa (jacuzzi steam and sauna) for one hour exclusive use. Only negative was lack of outside window as hotel is an old palace and some rooms face inwards to the inside courtyard which had an opening roof. But it was such a characterful hotel we got used to this. Used the rooftop pool area instead which had...

"The property was well located for transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The only issue i had in the room was the shower head was placed a bit too low. The arrivals and departures was easy with the codes. There was an issue one night when my phone died and so i struggled to get in. Overall i had a very nice stay here. "
