"Very clean beds was comfortable"

"Rooms were clean"

"Clean rooms and friendly staff"

"Receptionist was not at counter upon check in and had to wait for some time for him to show up. Was told that we could only have one key card and that they didn't have enough of them to have a second one, but found one in the room left by previous guest. People in next room were overly loud into late in the night and no one answered when I tried to call the front desk. Ended up pounding on the wall. The pool was closed and when we inquired about it was not given a reason it was closed and it was...

"Noisy area. Staff seemed less than thrilled to help when questioned."

"Staff was very helpful"

"Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed"

"Tony at the front office is just amazing and very helpful !"

"Wouldn’t stay again. Look like long term residents staying there that seemed sketchy. Wouldn’t leave the room after dark."

"They did not offer free breakfast, it was by purchase only and it was really expensive for what all the other hotels get for free"

"This hotel is conveniently located for food. Our room wasn't the cleanest. Overall, it's still a good value."

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"
