"From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking. We did not use the bar or canteen...

"We stayed over the weekend of Indy Comic Con. The rooms were extremely clean, and the hotel was in a beautiful location— my whole group and I loved the canal! The staff was incredibly kind and complimented our cosplays when we left even if I'm sure we looked crazy to them lmao. We got the room at a relatively cheap price for such a large suite! I would definitely come back for Comic Con next year."

"As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....

"We had a room with a toilet that was running nonstop, when we left to go to dinner we stopped at the front desk and reported it. The guy who was working said he would send someone up to look at it. We got back about 2 hours later and no one had been there to check on it so we had to listen to it run all night. It’s not that big a deal but with the price of the rooms it should have at least been acknowledged."

"The place was clean and well-kept. Basic essentials were provided which is so thoughtful: paper towels, dishwashing soap, toiletries, towels, utensils, cookware, coffee, extra sheets for pull out bed. The only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom exhaust fan that was so loud and it turns on when you turn the bathroom light on. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thank you!"

"Gabby on the front desk could not have been more helpful. She was friendly and welcoming making sure I had everything I needed and knew how to get around town. Even when the Uber driver was confused with the roadworks she offered to speak with him. She also gave a great explanation about the history of the train station and what could still be seen. The rooms were so so clean. Nice size and could spread out."
