"The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location, the longest walk we had was 20 minutes at most. The staff was all very friendly, room was modern clean and had a great view. "I had an excellent stay at Sofitel. We were visiting for leisure. Prior to arriving, the concierge reached out to see if any accommodations were needed and the service was 10/10 from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. Clean room, friendly staff, and in a convenient location for shopping. We also enjoyed dining during happy hour at Le Bar. I will definitely book Sofitel on my next visit to Chicago. "
