"I did not stay. The floor was wet and it stunk terribly. The first room I moved because tv was not working I did not stay and asked for a refund last night from Expedia and from the hotel. "

"We stayed for one night, but the sofa bed was broken. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and the staff was quite rude repeatedly insisting that the bed was not broken and that we simply did not know how to operate it. After several calls and the back-and-forth, they finally sent a technician to inspect the bed and it was confirmed to be broken. We were provided with the rollaway bed, but only after one hour of waiting. Additionally, the elevator certification displayed in the building was expired as August 1, 2025."
