Hotel dekat 809 Lounge

"The staff was great, very sweet, always willing to answer questions, the building is definitely showing signs of wear and tear. There was a strange smell in my units. And the hot tub was not working for half of my stay. Would I stay there if I needed a place on a road trip? Yes, would I stay there again if I was back in town, probably not."

"Estuvo todo en general bastante bueno"

"The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). She said she saw I was put into a parking lot view room, and asked if I’d prefer the park view. Absolutely! The coaster was centered in my window. Later in the week I decided to extend my stay for a night. She helped me join...

"Easily accessible off the highway. Check in was easy. Front desk was very informative"

"Staff"

"Very clean."

"Amazing staff and nice big and comfortable rooms."

"Great checking process, informative, friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled amazing and the room was soooo clean. Huge room with full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and everything we needed for our trip."

"Although we loved this hotel and its location, we were disappointed to find d that our balcony doors were broken and we could not utilize the balcony at all. I booked this upscale room at a premium price just for that amenity. I will say the staff on duty was very apologetic and wished there was something she could do but the hotel was full. When we checked out the next day the manager did his best to try and make things right. I can’t say much more on how wonderful the staff was even with this...

"Nice Hotel."

"Several family members booked this hotel for an 80th birthday. Great location with easy access to a variety of dining options. However, this is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms: Looked clean but on checking out realized we our mattress was dirty with blood stains (pictures attached). Locks: During our entire stay, the room keys for all rooms in the hotel did not work. Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....

"The hotel is very poorly maintained. My room was never cleaned during my 6-day stay, and the breakfast was the same every single day—there are no options. If you plan on staying for more than one night, I do not recommend it."

"Room was spotless, breakfast was great, staff very helpful"

"The hotel was nice but the bed was horrible. For that reason I give it 4 stars."
