"We had to leave for a different in the middle of the night as it was so loud at this hotel. Do not stay here. The staff was very rude and unhelpful about the noise. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel - we were left in a lurch due to the rude staff who had no regard for guests but instead were hanging out with friends in the lobby who were also going up to the rooftop bar that was so loud we could not hear ourselves in our room. Nightmare experience."

"Stayed only one night, went to the restaurant “preston” ordered 2 beers, after 15 mins of waiting and no show from the waiter i asked the manager who promised me another waiter would take care of the order and apologized for it. 10 minutes later nobody came. We left to the Chase bar and the service couldnt be slower. Maybe im just used to another speed when it comes to service. But i wouldnt recomend this place to anybody. Rooms are nice, although the towels smell bad. staff at the frontdesk...

"This was my first time doing something like this for myself. As an adult at that and I can truly say this will be my go to hotel. I LOVED the bathroom. Everything was very comfortable. And the price was what put the icing on the cake. It was a last minute plan and I appreciate that it worked out. I truly did love my experience and this will be a normal get away from now on. Thanks again !"

"Good place to stay to get to dr appointment"

"The hotel was dank. almost all of the carpeting was faded and discolored. I had to ask the front desk for a remote. The towels were very thin, and there was no extra blanket for the bed. The elevator was creaky. The price point was good because the hotel could not have charged more than they did because no one would've stayed there."

"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

"When I booked this hotel on Expedia it said they had a pool, but there was no pool. We packed all of our swim stuff for nothing and would have chose another hotel had I known there wasn't a pool."
