"We were upgraded to a Riverview room that is clean, spacious and nicely decorated with an amazing view of the river. There’s fresh baked cookies when you get there free bikes to ride on the excellent wide bike pass the breakfast has an omelette bar made to order and homemade banana bread. Everyone is friendly. I can’t wait to go back 10 out of 10."

"The room was very dirty. Hair and debris were all over the floor. I found long black hair all over the bedding. There was bloat flys/fruit flys coming out of the drain in the sink. We stopped last minute because we were too tired to drive home. We should have just kept driving. We drove home the following morning without even brushing our teeth because I was too grossed out to use the sink because of the flys."

"Hotel had no common area bathroom on first floor, which would not have been important except my wife had a bathroom emergency during check-in and had to run up 18 stairs to our room on second floor and did not quite make it in time. Second floor also did not have an ice machine or vending machines. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities (including two sitting chairs). "My room definitely needed attention. The toilet was leaking badly, leaving a large puddle on the floor with every flush. I contacted the front desk twice a day throughout my stay, but no one came to assist. There was also what appeared to be mold or green residue in one corner of the floor. The white towels were very dingy, and both the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. "Definitely a 3/10. Many of the walls had the wallpaper falling off of them, the layout of the room was inconvenient to say the least, stains on the blankets, couldn’t really use the tv. Overall not the best stay I’ve had, I will say the beds were very nice and comfy but that’s about all this place had going for it. For the price I will definitely not be going there again, there’s cheaper places in the area that feel way more like home"
