"The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. "Ample free parking outside of accomodation. We walked to Hershey Park on both days, takes around 30 mins to walk there but quite a nice walk with a new path. Parking around $30 at the park. Room did have a smell but we just left the window open as they have a cover over them for insects. Bug fridge in room also. Great for what we payed. Would stay here again. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Friendly staff."

"Great staff.... We stayed in a king room with accessible bath and it was comfortable, even had TWO chairs! So many places we stay at only have one chair so a couple can't really sit and talk, have coffee, etc unless someone sits on the bed.. so we appreciated that. "

"The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP."

"We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. "
