"Staff all around are great in all areas. Food choices not so great. In one area, coffee was free though in another it cost $2 ???? Had dinner 2 nights, do not recommend and breakfast for 20 is just a glorified version of what you get other places for free. I hear they are upping the ante on bar and restaurants, so we’ll see what they do. While housekeeping had rooms clean and tidy, they need management to fix some of the obviously older aspects of the property Not a bad place to stay...

"The staff were phenomenal!!! But there’s nothing in walking distance other than pool and beach there’s nothing to do. They don’t open the beach until 10 or 11 for you to have chairs and umbrella. They close everything beach and pools and 2 restaurants at 6. You have to have a vehicle to go to anything and you can only use valet parking that you are also charged to your room. "Beautiful historic property on the beach, resort setting but stuffy. Beautiful resort we had a nice trip, but it’s not a typical resort, too much dress codes, not allowing to go boxes from restaurants, stuffy business conferences and people wearing full suits in hot weather. Not a relaxed resort atmosphere. Was denied access to a restaurant due to a slight sheer quality of my dress. People were not the friendliest. Snobby and stuffy, but the building itself is gorgeous, pools and circle buffet...
