"The hotel owner should visit this hotel. It is iconic but neglected by the current owner you can tell. The previous owner used to stay at the hotel once every 3 months or so. But he died and the son isn’t coming around. The hotel is excellent but it was better 10 years ago."

Robinson grocery and 7/11 on site. Many restaurants on ground level.
Walking distance to many bars and nightclubs.
