"Great one bedroom apartment to work from. Nice working desk and a large round table in living room is also good for working. The gym is small but functional, nice pool too. When I had problems connecting to the WiFi they sent a technician to set up a router in my room. I also love the large fridge and cooking facilities with all the plates, pans and utensils. and the washer dryer allowed me to leave with a mostly clean suitcase of clothes. If you work from your room this is a hard to beat...

"Coming into Cebu from a very long flight, it was nice to see such a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff always had a smile on their faces, and just super helpful. We fell in love with the breakfast buffet and all the delicious Filipino treats I have forgotten about but got my kids to try. Again, thank you Seda!"

"We got locked out of our room and they didn't have maintenance and us being locked out of the room for the night was actually an option for them. they were completely willing to let us be locked out of our room all night. they actually said we're sorry there's nothing we can do there's no name that's here. My first experience it was hotel was terrible and i gave them a second shot and the second time was even worse i probably won't say here again"

"It is showing its age, but amazing for the prize, and the staff is amazing. There are a lit of other hotels nearby, but we are actually considering going back although we really wanted a pool, just for the amazing staff. Trina and her staff at the restaurant is so nice and friendly."

"It's a good hotel, my go to on landing in Cebu. Buffet breakfast is pretty good, though beans and bacon are a daily lottery. 😁 Staff are helpful, rooms clean and modern enough. TV's work but they're not smart. Pool is good, gym is decent if old."

"The apartment was very clean and the staff willing and helpful. Breakfast next door. Ayala Malls is walking distance but we took a taxi due to the heat and difficulty crossing busy streets. The only problem was the bathroom although very clean, the water doesn’t drain well in shower. All things considered I’d recommend this anytime."

"Stayed for a week. Great place, really enjoyed the pool area for relaxing and spending time with friends. Staff were professional, curtious and friendly. Restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was outstanding. The foyer Lounge area offered a comfortable place to grab a night cap and gelato ice cream, kid friendly. All in all fantastic experience, highly recommended if you are passing thru Cebu city."
