"The buffet breakfast was truly amazing"

"The property is super nice and clean. However, what I didn't like or experience before is the fact that, staff at the front desk could notice guests have arrived carrying several lagagges and will not even attempt to open the door for the guest. Also they just conduct check in at the front desk and handover the room card and ask you to find your way to the room. No one cares if you can locate the or if you could handle your lagagges. Such a practice is not hospitality management that I know...

"Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het was een buffetvorm, met veel mogelijkheid om te kiezen. De rooftop pool was prachtig. De kamers waren zeer net. De ligging is heel goed. De bar had een pooltafel en er was karaoke. Dus overall, prijs kwaliteit zeer correct. Mij zien ze er zeker terug."
