"The spa is very relaxing. Kids loved spa, they enjoyed watching TV and having spa at the same time. Location is excellent and is close to everything. The garden is also excellent. They provided wonton and drink everyday and delivered to door which saved us lots of chaos. We had a lovely time in the hotel"

Service level needs to be improved on that room cleaning service cost 5 mins only for each day, tissue shortage was ignored, body scale was quite old and inaccurate. When checked in, under the situation of full prepayment, was still required to pay the deposit."
