"We loved this place! It was a great choice in a bustling city. Service was great & everyone was so welcoming. The only negative was the thin walls & the beeping keyless entry to each room. While a great feature, if you have neighbors who go in & out of their rooms, it can be irriatating."

"The property itself was located in a very convenient area that made it easy to explore, and had some great restaurant options in close proximity to where we stayed, though it is a city and it looks like a city. our host Alessandro could not have been better. He took care of everything for us, including arranging our parking in the traffic restricted area. He was a fun, informative host."

"Hotellet ligger skønt og centralt ved en lille plads. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme, værelset var rent og moderne og havde alt vi behøvede og lille køleskab. Familieværelset, som vi havde, er stort og rummeligt til en familie med to børn. Der er dog ikke balkon og kun et mindre vindue. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. "Stayed for 3 nights with a family of 6, including 4 children under age 10. We basically had two separate bedrooms - my wife and I slept in one with the baby in the provided crib and the 3 older children all had single beds in the other room with the kitchen.
