"I had a King room and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They have breakfast in the mornings with fresh waffles. Also great parking and convenient and close enough to the next city, which is Wichita 15 minutes away."

Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. In addition, the sink faucet was loose and unstable, making it difficult to use and giving the impression that routine maintenance is being overlooked. These issues are...

"Brand new, super clean, easy in and out. Nice quiet part of town on the far north east side."

"The room was very clean and large enough to hold two beds, microwave, refrigerator, desk and a couple of stuffed chairs. The bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. The motel is located close to the interstate but it is quiet enough to get a good nights rest. The front desk person was very nice and made check in very easy."

"There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. "

"Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us"

"The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

"Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?"

"Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "

"If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. All i got to say is my lawyer wants me to sue, even though he knows i don't like doing that. They return my money and i will not. So the balls in there court... Sincerely, Charles B. Dull"
