"Desa Potato Head is a rare exception to the feeling that every holiday could have been better. Our 13-night stay was truly exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team for their warmth, hospitality and genuine care. Thanks to everyone who consistently went above and beyond for us, at Sunset Park, Ijen and Beach club on a daily basis (we can’t name you as aren’t allowed). Getting to know you and sharing moments together made seeing you each day feel like visiting friends. You helped make our stay unforgettable. The architecture, music, food—especially breakfast and the Indonesian restaurant—and atmosphere are unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. We loved the balance between the beach club and resort, allowing us to enjoy the energy or retreat and relax. A special mention to Fysh, from our arrival, your warmth and genuine welcome made us feel at home. Your humour and top-tier banter made us, as Brits, feel especially comfortable. Your thoughtful touches and personal approach made us feel genuinely valued. To Potato Head Management and Ronald, she is one of a kind and integral to what makes Potato Head so special. She doesn’t simply keep the magic alive - she makes it thrive. This was unquestionably a 10/10 experience. We will absolutely return and now consider ourselves part of the “Potato Head Family”. "Incredible beach and ocean views. From the lobby entrance to the ocean view from the bathroom, the observation tower, and the temple, every where your eyes glance, you’d be mesmerised. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We had travel distribution and they were constantly in touch and helped us every step of the way. You can greeted with a gong when you arrive and the staff are the personification of excellent hospitality. Cleaners are super cool, they clean the room 2x every day!!, and leave you kind notes. Breakfast was spectacular with 3 different stations continental, Indonesian, Chinese food. Excellent choice of ~4 restaurants, each with separate specialties like tables on the beach, Balinese barbecue and show, and infinite pool. You really need more than 4 days to do everything that you can do at the hotel, including water sports in the pool, instagram spots, slides, massages, gym, tennis, etc. Love this hotel and already want to come back."

"They upgraded the room which was plus as it was close to beach. Staff is pleasant and helpful Indian vegetarian breakfast available at Ganesha restaurant. Inside Nusa dua itdc secure zone with private beach. Definitely worth it Well maintained garden and beach front. Do note that the property looks slightly dated but overall no complaints"

"Absolutely stunning hotel! The room was huge with a seperate lounge, dining and kitchen area. Felt like an apartment, but with the sea and pool view. The amenities were great and luxurious, breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties and options and staff were amazing. The moment you walk into the hotel you can tell you have arrived in pure luxury. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay could not have been better. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were spotless. The pool was amazing with a great swim up bar. Breakfast was plentiful. Never left hungry. Great snacks on the menu for lunch Amazing resort. highly recommend"
