"Excellent location for access to Bernabeu as its just a few mins walk. Room is spacious, bathroom ok, if a little old. Annoyingly the AC works for 90 min cycles then needs resetting. Some noise from gym/conference center to my 1st floor room so id likely ask for higher floor next time. Front bar is great for a drink, snack or full casual meal. Highlight for me was the amazing breakfast buffet. Probably one of the best ive seen in southern Europe. I hope to be back"

"Lovely hotel, ideal for the Madrid stadium, just 15 min walk away. Great room for the price. Only disappointment was that i received an email from the hotel leading up to my stay and the week of to say the pool is not in use. On arrival we were told the pool was open and we could use it, a little annoying as we could have brought our swimming stuff but didn’t."

"This hotel is a great find, I have booked it only for one night as I had to move to another city next morning. This location is very close to main metro station Nuevos Ministerios. This station is very well connected to other metro lines and straight train to Madrid Airport. Unit was amazingly spacious, separate bedroom, big living room with sofas and study table, Kitchen in the closet, fully equipped. To my surprise there was a balcony as well. Air condition worked very well and it was quite. Lots of local bakery, restaurants and Tapas around the hotel where free tapa comes with your drink. Whole unit was very clean, staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was seamless."

"The hostel was lovely, we stayed in the three bed bedroom which came with fresh towels for both face and body, 4 hangers, a bin, a pull up table and chair, a TV, AC and two bedside tables. I think there were about 3 outlets in the room, two by the bed and one by the table. Our room was situated just next to the mixed bathroom which had two large showers (with a citrus scented body wash), two sinks (with one hair dryer) and two toilets. There are also men only and women only bathrooms on the other floors. There is also a laundry room which was 3€/4€ to wash and dry per machine as well as a luggage room which had lockers if needed. During our stay we went for breakfast included which was served from 8am-11am. Breakfast had three choices of cereals, whole milk, lactose free milk, oat milk, mini baguette breads, mini croissants, mini pain au chocolate, selection of hams and cheese, scrambled eggs, quiche and sausages, spreads like butter and jams, yoghurts, teas, hot chocolate and coffeee. (Think that’s pretty much it) The common area has adequate seats and is never really too busy, it comes with a fridge which u can use and label ur food. There is also games and such provided in the common room. Room cleaning is every 3 days and bathrooms are cleaned what seems to be 2x a day. There is free WiFi and no noise between 10pm-9am, along with other general rules such as no smoking and no guests etc. All in all, our stay felt more like a hotel with a shared bathroom instead. Nice!"

"Good rooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff at the breakfast and the bar. But I didn’t like the people that checked me in. Not really nice and did like to give my credit card numbers verbally."
