Had small issues with first room the manager switched me to large suite and make sure me and my family are comfortable with the new room . "One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose access for my trip & subsequent return to the states. They also made me the best shashuka I have ever had for breskfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Phenomenal experience & so very grateful."

"The hotel was very good overall, and the thing that stood out the most was the cleanliness. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the bathroom was spotless and clearly well maintained. The place also smelled fresh, which shows the effort of the cleaning staff. Honestly, in terms of cleanliness, I would give this hotel a high rating, and it made my stay comfortable and reassuring."
